Or Queens day.
I'm still recovering from Queens Night so pardon my short post.
Queens Day is the the yard sale of the Netherlands. Everyone is selling something, or wandering around trying to buy things for cheap bargain prices. Lots of people are wearing orange and drinking beer while they stroll through the crowds. Children are playing instruments, asking for money. People seem very cheerful and ready to party!
Happy Birthday to the Queen (which was actually earlier this year but the weather was so bad that they use this date, her mother's birthday, instead).
I bought a lunch box full of marbles for €2. I plan to lose them as soon as possible.
Or to use them in a vase.
